Perfect location in the middle of two short stretches (just over an hour's walk to both Sant Feliu and Platja d'Aro) of the Cami de Ronda, opposite the beach of Sant Pol. Good facilities, outdoor area with the garden and pool as well as the Spa (necessary to hire it in a package... 20? the heated pool (for use by all customers). We liked the common areas for their decoration and for their size and tranquillity. They allowed us to enter earlier and gave us a room superior to the one contracted, in addition the check out could be done until 12 noon, good time. friendly staff, especially Coral in the Spa area, we found excellent, with the Jacuzzi and steam bath working perfectly. breakfast was quite good, with several coffee machines that in spite of previous comments seemed to me more than correct. four or five varieties of juice, sausages, cheese, eggs (fried or cooked), different varieties of bread for toasting, different jams... Free parking area, large and well maintained.
No but, except that this vision is of low season, with the hotel running halfway. Surely with the hotel full we would not have been able to enjoy the part of the Spa as much as we did, nor would they have been able to have the attention of entering earlier or giving us a better room. We will see, because we plan to return, although for price and for these reasons we will try to make it out of high season.

hotel looks a bit old-fashioned, although everything is very clean. staff is very friendly and helpful, including the maintenance service (the hot water in the shower broke and they changed the thermostat quickly). It was perfect that the parking inside the hotel was free, I didn't expect it because of other comments I had seen and it was a nice surprise. location in front of the beach of Sant Pol and path of round was perfect. breakfast buffet was good, although there were some hot dishes missing (there were only the typical eggs, bacon and frankfurt). dinners were good although it was a menu, dishes were well prepared and very tasty. indoor pool can get you out of a hurry but it is really small; )
The marble floors in the rooms + furniture in the room without covers on the legs + unconscious customers = it is difficult to rest listening to the furniture moving in the upper room. We would have preferred also a buffet service for the dinner, the tragaldabas like me were hungry ;-). The Wifi was weak sometimes but it was working. The gym was a small wooden room with 4 cardio machines, very poor. The Spa cost 20 euros, prohibitive, it should be free.

The location was stunning, within walking distance of San Pol Beach. Our double room with balcony view, a good sized balcony plus showers for washing was elegant.

I prepared this escape so I could propose to my girlfriend and nothing could be more perfect. location is ideal, in front of the beautiful beach of S'agaro. vicinity of the hotel and facilities themselves. (gardening, are incredible. I have flipped with respect to the environment. to see a tree in the middle of parking! Instead of cutting it down, they have simply paved around it. hotel is very romantic. rooms are very spacious! Even though ours overlooked the courtyard before. It's beautiful. Unfortunately the day was grey, great thing is that you can enjoy the spa that the hotel has that is really unique,. extremely exclusive and treatment is impeccable. My girlfriend and I enjoyed 4 hours between the tours and we floated out.. Unfortunately we didn't have the funds to order a pack with massages, we were extremely satisfied. food at the hotel is incredible!! next day the breakfast was of gods! quality juices, jams, breads and fruits of first class! Seriously, quality/price ratio is unbeatable. If you take away from the final value what you should pay individually for the spa and breakfast the net value of the room is right. We will certainly repeat this when there is more pasta (let's see if we can take advantage and get a good massage next time). Back to reality! dreaming of coming back one day!
That the day was not sunny but that's not the hotel's fault!

The Hotel S'Agaro is just across the street from the beach, so the location is wonderful! We could see the ocean from our room, and would have had even a better view, except for the beautiful huge trees in the garden and on the grounds that create an exclusive feel to the hotel. The breakfast buffet was the best I'd experienced in Spain. The maid was a sweetheart; so friendly and helpful. Even though she couldn't speak English she went above and beyond to help us out. We had a quaint little balcony, large enough for two chairs and a small table. The bathroom was quite large.
There was only one computer available for patrons to use for internet access, and the internet was very, very slow the night I used it. The cost of using the internet was one euro for 10 minutes, which I thought quite high considering the slowness of the internet access there. I wanted to print my boarding pass for my flight home the next day, so there should have been a printer available, but there wasn't. The "standard double room" has only one double bed, and the room was quite tiny.

The location is great. Antique furniture which makes it all very romantic. Clean. The hotel is surrounded bu pine trees, a fontain at the entrance.
The room was very modest for a 4 star, but the bathroom was new and clean. TV was vey small. The sunbeds around the pool are worn-out. Breakfast is limited to minimum necessary.

The hotel has lush grounds with views of the sea, a big pool, and good access to the walking path around S'Agaro, which must be one of the most beautiful strolls in the world. They were also kind enough to store our bags and let us enjoy the use of the grounds after check-out time.

Bed was very comfortable. Both my husband and I commented on the quality. Both massage and pedicure I had were done by well trained professionals.
Absence of WI fi in the rooms.

comfortable stay but repetitive dining options
The staff at the hotel, especially Toni at breakfast and Adriana during dinner. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with a lovely blend of historic charm and modern comforts.
The lunch options were the same every day during the week, made dining a bit monotonous.

It was so near the beach
Our room was so small for 2 people , we were falling over our cases as we had nowhere to put them. The water for our breakfast was alweays cold and the coffee machines were so slow.

Position, comfort, very friendly and helpful staff, value for money.
Parking was rather difficult on arrival. Lack of mirror in bedroom Set menu for 25euros on Mon. 26th August was poor, but B.B.Q and buffet for 30euros the next evening was brilliant.

The stunning ocean views from the terrace were breathtaking, and the breakfast spread was delightful. However, the room was quite small and the lack of proper soundproofing affected our sleep quality.

in summary this is a very nice hotel! My wife, kid and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Room was clean, bed confortable, air conditioning working well and staff friendly and professional. It was nice to be able to speak in catalan to all the staff! I cannot do this very often in hotels in my own country. Swimming pool area and garden are great. Hotel is next to the beach parking is free. I eat at then pool bar and food was correct (meaning just correct, not excellent!). We did not try the reataurant but as it was too expensive. I big thanks to the room cleanner as she helped us to be even more confortable. It is very nice when you are on hols and all the staff are nice to you. Last thing to say is breakfast was great and generoua.
We enjoyed our stay. The only thing was that the reataurant was too expenaive. The menu was 30 euro per person. We would have had dinner there if it was more economic.
